UAE End of Service Calc

About UAE End of Service Calc

UAE End of Service Calc is a focused calculator site for employees, employers, HR teams, and small business owners who need a quick way to estimate common UAE employment settlement figures. The first MVP covers end-of-service gratuity, leave salary, notice period salary, and overtime. Each calculator is intentionally simple: enter the core numbers, review the result, and use the output as a starting point for a more complete final settlement review.

The gratuity calculator is based on the calculation framework commonly associated with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 on the Regulation of Labour Relations. That law, together with its executive regulations and later official guidance, is the main source users should review when checking employment rights in the UAE private sector. The site presents the arithmetic in a transparent way so users can see the relationship between basic salary, service period, daily rate, annual gratuity days, prorated periods, and the 24-month cap.

This project does not replace legal advice. UAE employment outcomes can depend on the worker's jurisdiction, free zone, contract wording, payroll structure, termination facts, probation status, savings scheme, settlement agreement, and the documents exchanged between the parties. DIFC and ADGM employment regimes, government employment, domestic worker rules, and employer-specific savings plans may use different assumptions. If there is any dispute about unpaid salary, arbitrary dismissal, resignation pressure, deductions, non-compete terms, or the correct basic salary figure, users should speak to an employment lawyer or the relevant UAE authority.

The site aims to be clear, fast, and careful rather than complicated. It avoids collecting unnecessary personal information, keeps calculations in the browser where possible, and explains the formulas used. Future versions may add Arabic content, more free-zone notes, printable settlement summaries, and comparison tools for different contract scenarios.
